Vijayawada, April 20 -- A high-level delegation of the YSR Congress party met engineer-in-chief of the Andhra Pradesh Drinking Water Supply Corporation (APDWSC), T. Gayathri Devi, and submitted a formal representation about the surge of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the A. Konduru (NTR district) and Markapuram (Prakasam district) regions.

The delegation, led by Dr Ambati Naga Radhakrishna Yadav (chairman, YSRCP NTR district doctors' wing), included Tangirala Ramireddy (YSRCP state secretary) and Tanubuddi Shekar Reddy (YSRCP NTR district commerce chairman).
