Vijayawada, Feb. 21 -- Palla Srinivasa Rao, Andhra Pradesh State president of the Telugu Desam Party, described Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu as a statesman whose vision has consistently anticipated technological inflection points.
Recalling Naidu's role in positioning undivided Andhra Pradesh as a pioneer of India's IT expansion in the late 1990s, Rao said the same strategic foresight is now shaping the State's trajectory in the emerging domains of artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
