Vijayawada, May 1 -- Reiterating that Capital city Amaravati's construction is a never-ending story, the opposition YSRCP has alleged that the project is meant for wealth creation for Chandrababu Naidu and his coterie.
Speaking to media here on Friday, Party Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy alleged that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is focusing only on Capital city Amaravati's construction and leaving the rest of the State and people in the lurch.
The Cabinet, for the first time, has approved tenders for the yet to be built Secretariat at exorbitant rates and at this rate, the cost per sq ft may mount to Rs 16,000, which is many times higher than the normal rate.
