Amalapuram, Jan. 10 -- The ONGC engineers subdued the blow out at the drilling site at Irusumanda village of Malkipuram mandal in Konaseema district on Saturday.
The blow out took place on January 5 at the ONGC Mori-5 well and flames continued to erupt till it was subdued today. The ONGC officials removed all the machinery around the drilling site. "The well will now be capped," an ONGC official said.
