Bapatla, Dec. 14 -- In a horrifying incident, a man strangled to death his wife and later took the body to the police station on a motorcycle at Machavaram village of Santamanguluru mandal in Bapatla district on Sunday.
Police said that the accused Venkateswarulu married the deceased Mahalakshmi (28) five years ago and the couple had two children. However, differences erupted between the couple and the deceased Mahalakshmi left him and was living with her parents.
