Amaravati, March 19 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Governor S Abdul Nazeer were on Thursday rendered Vedaseervachanam by Vedic scholars on the occasion of Sri Parabhavanama Ugadi.

The Vedic blessings were offered to the Chief Minister at his residence in Amaravati, where Srivari Prasadams were also presented.

TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary formally invited the Chief Minister to attend the state festival of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam, scheduled to be held on April 1 at the ancient Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple in Vontimitta in Kadapa district.

Deputy Executive Officer Sivaprasad and Vedic scholars were present on the occasion.
