Bengaluru, Feb. 15 -- The S.M. Krishna Tennis Stadium witnessed high-intensity tennis on Sunday as the first round of qualifying got underway at the KPB Trust ITF Women's Open W100 Bengaluru 2026, with India's Ankita Raina producing a determined comeback to kick off her campaign.

Ankita Raina battled past Sofia Martianova 5-7, 6-1, 6-4 in a gripping three-set contest to advance to the final round of qualifying.
