Mumbai, Nov. 27 -- Activist Anjali Damania has once again alleged on Thursday that the Mundhwa land scam is a clear-cut "open-and-shut case", claiming that the entire transaction was carried out using forged documents. She stated that the Letter of Intent session documents were fake and asserted that officials ranging from the district collector to the guardian minister were involved.
According to Damania, although Park Company executed the land transaction, they were able to do so only under strong political protection which allowed the scam to happen without fear. She added that she will soon seek legal intervention and that she is prepared for a long fight.
