Vijayawada, March 13 -- The Andhra Pradesh State Cabinet, which met at the Secretariat in Amaravati on Friday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, approved the establishment of a Telugu Culture Centre and the construction of Head of the Department (HoD) towers.

The Cabinet also approved the upgradation of 300 head constables working in the APSP battalions to the post of Assistant Reserve Sub-Inspector. It further approved the removal of 66,157 acres of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) land from Section 22-A.
