Coimbatore, Feb. 15 -- What began as a seven-month experiment to "prepare for life" has turned into a three-year spiritual commitment for a Sri Lankan corporate professional who says a single line from Sadhguru changed her understanding of freedom.
Janani Sharma, who arrived at the Isha Foundation to take part in the Sadhanapada residential programme, had no plans of staying beyond the course duration. She was working for an international company in what she described as a high-stress, high-pressure environment and was searching for tools to manage her inner turmoil.
