Kolkata, Jan. 30 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to sharpen the Bharatiya Janata Party's public engagement in West Bengal during a two-day visit beginning late Friday, placing greater emphasis on mass outreach programmes alongside a review of the party's organisational preparedness.
Party sources said the focus of this visit marks a clear shift from Shah's previous tour last month, when his schedule was largely confined to internal meetings, with a press conference being the only public event.
