Kolkata, Jan. 29 -- Three days after BJP president Nitin Nabin's West Bengal visit, union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to arrive in the state to address back-to-back BJP worker conferences at Barrackpore in South and Siliguri in North Bengal.
Shah is scheduled to reach Kolkata on Friday night at 8.05 pm and will stay overnight at a hotel in New Town.
While there is no official programme announced for Friday, he is expected to reach the hotel by around 8.30 pm, leaving him some time for informal but crucial discussions with senior state BJP leaders.
The union Home Minister's official engagements will begin on Saturday morning in Barrackpore.
