New Delhi, Nov. 13 -- Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Wednesday said that pollution control measures under the Graded Response Action Plan's stage- III are being implemented in the national capital, as the air quality index (AQI) continued to remain in the 'severe' category for the second day in a row.

He urged residents to cooperate and comply with the restrictions that have been put in place to tackle the pollution scenario.
