Patna, March 25 -- Kolkata's Sunit Chowrasia, making his way back after a long injury layoff, fired a classy seven-under 65 in round two to establish a healthy four-shot lead at the INR 25 lakh Alpha Sports Academy Golf Championship 2026 Hosted by Patna Golf Club.Sunit Chowrasia (71-65), nephew of the legendary SSP Chawrasia, who was in tied sixth place, six shots off the lead after round one, matched the tournament low of 65 on day two to gain five spots and take the lead with a total score of eight-under 136.
Rohit Narwal (72-68) was in second place at a total of four-under 140 following his second-round effort of 68.
