Prayagraj, May 8 -- The Allahabad High Court on Friday dismissed a petition filed by Samajwadi Party Rajya Sabha member Ramji Lal Suman and his son, Ranjit Suman over reported controversial statements against Rana Sanga.
The court stated that the MP can avail himself of the remedies available under the law.
The court dismissed the petition based on the filing of a charge sheet in the case.
The order was passed by a double bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Jai Krishna Upadhyay.
