New Delhi, Dec. 27 -- Moviegoers eager to witness a high-profile box office clash between Alia Bhatt and Salman Khan may have to wait longer, as the release of Alia's upcoming spy thriller 'Alpha' has been postponed to avoid a face-off with Salman Khan's 'Battle of Galwan'.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed that the makers of Alpha have decided to shift the film from its previously announced release date of April 17, 2026, opting instead for a later theatrical window to ensure a smoother release.
