Kolkata, Sept. 28 -- Additional Chief Secretary (Home & Information) Alapan Bandyopadhyay has been appointed the new Chief Secretary of West Bengal, while H K Dwivedi will be the new Home Secretary and Manoj Pant takes charge of Finance.
Outgoing Chief Secretary Rajiva Sinha has now been appointed the Chairman of the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) for a period of three years.
Announcing this, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee extended her best wishes to the entire team.
