Mumbai, Feb. 11 -- Shiv Sena (UBT faction) MP Sanjay Raut has joined the chorus of voices expressing suspicion over the circumstances that led to the Ajit Pawar plane crash.

Raut, talking to mediapersons here on Wednesday, claimed that the same aircraft which had flown to Surat the previous day carried Ajit Pawar to Baramati the following day and subsequently crashed. By raising this point, Raut indirectly hinted at the possibility of sabotage.

He further claimed that the name of a leader from East Vidarbha, whose meeting allegedly caused Ajit Pawar to delay his departure and compelled him to travel to Baramati by air, should be made public.
