Chennai, Oct. 11 -- The Tamil Nadu BJP unit President Nainar Nagendram is all set toembark on a state-wide "Tamilagam Thalai Nimira Tamizhanin Payanam," campaign yatara,ahead of the 2026 Assembly polls, from the temple town of Madurai, tomorrow.
Mr Nainar Nagendran, who is also the BJP Legislature Party leader, earliersaid BJP National President J P Nadda would launch the yatra, but he would not turn up inMadurai tomorrow as he was pre-occupied with the Bihar asembly polls.
The BJP sources said senior leader and union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharama in alllikelihood would flag off the yatra. But an official confirmation was yet to come from the BJP.
