Patna, May 30 -- Ahead of the Bihar elections to be held later this year, senior leaders of various smaller political parties and their supporters on Friday joined the Congress, appreciating the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. President of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) Rajesh Ram handed over the membership slips to working president of Lokpriya Samata Party Dheerendra Kumar Shahu and its senior leader Triloki Kumar Manjhi.
