After Guv, Opposition AIADMK, ally BJP too walks out of TN Assembly

Chennai, Jan. 20 -- Minutes after Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi walked out of theTamil Nadu Assembly without delivering the customary New Year address preparedby the DMK goverment on the opening day of the session citing non-recital of NationalAnthem, the Principal Opposition AIADMK and its ally, the BJP, too staged a walk outof the Assembly on Tuesday.

After the Governor left the House in a huff, AIADMK General Secretary and Leader ofthe Opposition Edappadi K Palaniswami led his party MLAs out of the House allegingdeterioration of law and order and lack of security for common people.

Later, the BJP MLAs too followed suit.
