Solan, Feb. 5 -- A 10-day Advanced Training Programme on 'Vegetable Seed Production for Sustainable Productivity" commenced at the Centre for Advanced Faculty Training in Horticulture (Vegetables) under the Department of Vegetable Science, Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni.
A total of 14 scientists from various State Agricultural Universities and institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) across the country are taking part in the training. The participants represent the states of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Telangana.
