Pune, Jan. 13 -- Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Tuesday raised serious questions over the rapid rise of industrialist Gautam Adani.
He pointed out that except for Navi Mumbai, Adani has not independently developed a single airport in the country.
Addressing a press conference, Thackeray said Adani has emerged as the second-largest player in India's cement sector despite never having been part of that industry earlier. This growth has happened by taking over others' businesses. How did this happen? This is something Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and every citizen must understand, he remarked.
