Mumbai, Feb. 14 -- The Adani Group has officially announced that it has completed the acquisition of Indamer Technics Pvt Ltd (ITPL) to expand its footprint in the aircraft services and MRO industry.
The Adani Group-owned Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd, which is a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has acquired 100 per cen shareholding in ITPL through a share purchase agreement, according to a stock exchange filing made late Friday.
The enterprise value of Indamer Technics is Rs 330 crore and the deal was first announced in August 2025, the statement mentioned.
