New Delhi, Jan. 12 -- Tamil film star and politician Vijay appeared before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in New Delhi on Monday in connection with the Karur stampede case.
Vijay arrived at the CBI headquarters at 11:30 am and proceeded inside without speaking to the media. During questioning, investigators focused on delays and crowd management lapses linked to the fatal stampede at a public rally in Karur on September 27 last year which left 41 persons killed and around 100 others injured.
