Kathmandu, Feb. 8 -- Veteran actor Sunil Thapa, known for his roles in 'Mary Kom' and 'The Family Man', passed away at the age of 68 in Kathmandu on Saturday.
Thapa was undergoing treatment at Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu when he was admitted in an unconscious state. Following an ECG, doctors confirmed his death, with cardiac arrest suspected as the cause.
Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang extended his condolences to Thapa's family and friends, praising his contributions to Nepali cinema.
