Varanasi, Jan. 15 -- The Varanasi police has arrested an accused from Mumbai who spread rumors by giving false information about a bomb on the Kashi Express train. Government Railway Police (GRP) Assistant Commissioner of Police Kunwar Prabhat Singh said on Thursday that in a joint operation by Varanasi and Mau police, the GRP apprehended the accused, Rajesh Shukla, from Mumbai and brought him to Varanasi Cantt railway station.
This is Rajesh Shukla's third such act. He had previously given similar false bomb threats twice and had also been to jail.
