Mumbai, Feb. 2 -- A local court has remanded three accused allegedly involved in an incident of firing at filmmaker Rohit Shetty's residence, to police custody till February 5.
An official said here on Monday that the accused identified as Swapnil Bandu Sakat,23, Siddharth Deepak Yenpure,20, and Samarth Shivshankar Pomaji,18, were arrested from Pune and produced before a holiday court late Sunday evening .
A fourth accused in the case, Shubham Lonkar, is absconding.
The firing took place at Shetty's residence at Juhu in north west Mumbai during the early hours of Sunday.
