Kolkata, March 15 -- Trinamool Congress National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee handed over keys on Sunday to the owners of the renovated stalls situated close to the Baba Bara Kachari temple in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas district.
Baba Bara Kachari temple is located under the Bishnupur Block II gram panchayat, which falls under the Satgachia Assembly constituency.
People stood on both sides of the road leading to the temple to see Banerjee, who smilingly waved at them. He inaugurated the renovated stalls and handed over the keys to the owners.
Later, Banerjee offered puja at the temple.
Baba Bara Kachari temple is considered very sacred. People from far-off places come to the temple to offer puja.
