New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday launched a sharp attack on the BJP-led Delhi government, alleging that its much-publicised law to regulate private school fees has failed to provide any relief to parents and has instead turned into a "fraud" on the middle class.
Delhi AAP President Saurabh Bhardwaj, in a post on social media platform X, claimed that the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025, which was projected by the BJP as a "master stroke" to control private school fees, will neither control nor reduce the steep fee hikes imposed by private schools for the 2025-26 academic session.
