New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj today said that Delhi Police detained party leaders and workers who had gathered in Janakpuri to pay tribute to Kamal Dhyani, a 25-year-old man who died after falling into an unsecured pit dug by the Delhi Jal Board.
