New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- : The AAP on Wednesday alleged that the Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government was discriminating in providing compensation and jobs to families of deceased persons, favouring only BJP workers while neglecting hundreds of other victims.

AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj questioned the government's approach, citing the recent assurance of compensation and employment to the family of a BJP worker who drowned in the Yamuna.

He contrasted this with numerous other deaths in the past year due to causes like electrocution, open drains, wall collapses, fires, and falling trees, for which, he claimed, no relief was provided.
