Srinagar, Nov. 10 -- In a major breakthrough, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has busted a large inter-state and transnational terror module linked to the proscribed outfits Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGuH), arresting seven people, including two doctors.
Police said the operation led to the recovery of a massive cache of arms, ammunition and explosives, during coordinated searches in J&K and other states.
The recovery also included 2,900 kilograms of IED-making material, comprising explosives, chemicals, reagents, inflammable substances, electronic circuits, batteries, wires, remote controls, timers, and metal sheets, among other items.
