New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- Some 50,000 tulips have burst into bloom at the residence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the national capital, recreating a touch of the famed Keukenhof gardens and marking the arrival of spring with a celebration of Indo-Dutch ties.
