Bhubaneshwar, Feb. 2 -- The police in Odisha's Bargarh district, in a ten-day-long exercise, managed to track down as many as 257 'missing' individuals, mostly women and children, and reunite them with their distraught families, an official said on Monday.
During Operation Anveshanan-II, conducted from January 21 to 31, Bargarh Police successfully rescued 225 women, 21 men, and 11 minor children. All the rescued persons have been safely reunited with their respective families.
