Patna, April 3 -- Patna police have seized 2,080 ampoules of narcotic injections and arrested six criminals in a major action against illegal drug trade.
City Superintendent of Police (East) Parichay Kumar said here today that the crackdown was part of an ongoing drive being conducted by Patna Police under the directions of the Senior Superintendent of Police to curb illegal narcotics activities.
Acting on specific intelligence about illegal buying and selling of narcotic injections at a house under Bahadurpur police station limits, a special raiding team was constituted.
