New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested 13 proclaimed offenders and absconders who had been evading the law for years in cases ranging from bounced checks and theft to assault, accidents, and violations of the Delhi Excise Act, an official said.
Police said the joint operation was carried out by police teams from Vasant Vihar, Kishangarh, R.K. Puram, Vasant Kunj North, Sagarpur, the Anti Auto Theft Squad (AATS), and the Special Staff.
The accused had been declared proclaimed offenders or absconders by various courts between July 2022 and December 2025, they said.
