Jaipur, Nov. 4 -- As many as 13 persons were killed and 10 persons injured when an overloaded speeding dumper ploughed through pedestrians and 2-wheelers, hitting on the way many other vehicles in Harmada, in the outer area of Jaipur Monday afternoon.
According police sources and onlookers, the overloaded dumper running at high speed approached the Harmada area from the Loha Mandi on the Sikar - Jaipur Highway, ploughing through a number of passers-by, 3-4 scooties/ bikes and as many 4-wheelers and then overturned after hitting a truck trailer and the road divider.
