Mumbai, March 25 -- 11Sports Pvt. Ltd., the owner and rights holder of the Ultimate TableTennis (UTT) league, has formally terminated its franchise agreement with World Of Krida, the entity operating the Jaipur Patriots franchise, with immediate effect.
The action follows repeated non-compliance with the terms of the executed franchise agreement and persistent payment defaults owed to 11Sports under the contract.
Over the past several months, 11Sports engaged in constructive dialogue with the franchise owners and extended multiple opportunities and timelines to enable compliance with the agreed contractual and financial obligations.
