Mumbai, April 8 -- In a major development in the case against self-styled godman Ashok Kharat, 11 more women have approached the police to lodge complaints against him, responding to a public appeal made by the authorities, sources said.

According to the information received, none of these newly reported victims have had their videos leaked or gone viral. However, they have alleged that Kharat sexually exploited them under the pretext of conducting "energy" and "mind-body healing" rituals.
