Rampur, Oct. 9 -- Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav at last after a fortnight met party's senior leader Mohammad Azam Khan for the first time since his release from jail here today.

Azam Khan and Akhilesh Yadav held talks for 2 hours and 10 minutes at the residence of Azam Khan, during which the two leaders also had lunch together.Both the leaders were alone during their discussion and even Azam Khan's wife and son were not present there.

However, in a tweet on X ,Akhikesh Yadav said, "What can I say about the meeting, where only emotions spoke silently?
