New Delhi, March 28 -- Subhadra Yojana, a scheme launched by Odisha government to empower women from economically weaker sections of the society in 2024, had a positive impact in improving the savings and consumption of the targeted beneficiaries, said a report by SBI.

The programme was designed to empower women from economically weaker sections and is committed to foster holistic development by empowering women.

As per the report, the demographic profile of the beneficiaries comprised women between the ages of 30 and 44 (46Pc), 45 to 49 (31Pc) and women below the age of 30 (23Pc).
