Industries Department secretary and managing director of BIADA and IDA Kundan Kumar said on Tuesday that the recently inaugurated Savi Global Fashion Private Limited's textile and leather manufacturing unit, set up at industrial area at Pandaul in Madhubani district, marks a significant symbol of change in the area.
