Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 25 -- The Kerala Railway Police have launched 'Rail Mithra', a new mobile application aimed at delivering railway police services to the public through modern digital technology.
The application has been introduced as part of the Janamaithri Suraksha Project with the objective of ensuring effective safety and security for passengers during train journeys.
The initiative focuses on providing protection to passengers who may witness or face crimes while travelling by train, while also safeguarding their life, property, and privacy.
