Patna, March 17 -- In a significant boost to rural infrastructure management, the Bihar government's 'Hamara Bihar Hamari Sadak' android application has emerged as a highly effective digital tool, ensuring prompt redressal of road-related grievances across rural areas of the state.
Developed by the Rural Works Department to enhance transparency and ensure quick grievance resolution, the app has delivered impressive results. More than 93.83 per cent of the complaints received through the platform have already been resolved, reflecting the department's strong commitment to maintaining rural connectivity.
