New Delhi, Dec. 24 -- Calling dialogue the very essence of democracy, Delhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Wednesday said the House remains its most vital forum, where debate, discussion and dissent shape governance in a meaningful way.
The Speaker was interacting with a group of 40 youth participants from Rajasthan at the Delhi Vidhan Sabha under the Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme. The visiting delegation included students from districts such as Dausa, Sikar, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu and Alwar.
