Varanasi, Feb. 4 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai strongly criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday over various issues, including what he termed as the Prime Minister "bowing down before America" and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi not being allowed to speak in Parliament about the contents of a book.
He announced that a 'Samvidhan Samvad Mahapanchayat' will be held on February 8 at Shastri Ghat near Varuna Bridge in Varanasi.
