Jaipur, Dec. 24 -- In a bid to address concerns of farmers pertaining to seeds, including their quality, availability and cost, the NDA government at the Centre will make a special law, union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said.
Addressing a Kisan Sammelan at Dangawas near Merta town of Nagaur district Tuesday afternoon, Chouhan also assured that another law would be formulated for addressing the cheating on availability and quality of fertilizers and manure.
The Agriculture Minister said that there are plans to introduce two more important Bills in the next session of Parliament, one for the Seed Act and the other to prevent the use - availability of fake fertilisers and spurious manure.
