Dhaka, April 11 -- Secretary General of 'Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) Kairat Sarybay on Friday appreciated the contributions of Bangladesh towards the CICA and its active role towards the implementation of CICA's confidence building measures.

On the sidelines of the 'Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025' in Turkey, Foreign Adviser Md Touhid Hossain had a meeting with the secretary general.

Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md. Mahfuj Alam and Bangladesh Ambassador to Turkiye and other senior officials from both the sides attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed all aspects of engagements between Bangladesh and CICA, according to message here on Friday.
