Narayanganj, July 6 -- Social Welfare, and Women and Children Affairs Adviser Sharmeen S Murshid on Sunday met with the families of two victims who were killed during the July Uprising in Narayanganj.
The adviser visited the house of sensational martyr Riya Gope in the Noyamati area of Narayanganj at around 10:30 am and offered condolences to her mother.
During the visit, she said, "We have dedicated the entire month of July to the memory of this movement. We are visiting the families of those who were martyred and telling them that we have not forgotten you and we never will."
